	Our therapists are highly skilled, caring and compassionate professionals with extensive experience in the field. All of our speech-language pathologists hold Masters degrees, are certified by the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA), are licensed by the state of North Carolina and hold the Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC).

Therefore, we are committed to approaching therapy in a fun and playful way in the child’s home, preschool program, child care center or headstart. Therapy should be fun! Your child should look forward to our visits! We encourage parents/care givers to become active participants in their child’s therapy so that they can develop successful strategies and activities to use every day with their child to optimize their progress.

Speech Play, Inc. is a contracted provider for NC Medicaid and Tri-Care.  Some insurance companies provide out of network benefits for speech therapy as well.  We would be happy to file claims with your insurance company on your behalf.  We offer very reasonable rates for our "pay out of pocket" clients.
